Conversation Resource

A conversation represents a direct message (DM) or group chat between users, outside of any space.

Conversation Types

Value	Name	Description
1	DM	A direct message between two users
2	Group	A group conversation with multiple users

Conversation Object

Field	Type	Description
`id`	`string`	The conversation's UUID (v7, time-ordered)
`type`	`integer`	The conversation type (1 = DM, 2 = group)
`name`	`string?`	The name of the conversation (null for DMs)
`owner_id`	`string`	The UUID of the conversation's owner: its creator, until they leave a group
`created_at`	`ISO 8601`	When the conversation was created
`updated_at`	`ISO 8601`	When the conversation last had a message or a change; conversation lists are ordered by it
`deleted_at`	`string?`	When the conversation was soft-deleted (ISO 8601, null if active)
`members`	ConversationMember[]	Array of conversation members

Conversation Member Object

Field	Type	Description
`id`	`string`	The member entry's UUID (v7, time-ordered)
`conversation_id`	`string`	The UUID of the conversation
`user_id`	`string`	The UUID of the user
`created_at`	`ISO 8601`	When the member joined the conversation
`updated_at`	`ISO 8601`	When the member entry was last updated
`user`	User	A subset of the user object (id, username, alias, avatar)
